About Desi

Desi Monique (@sensualsomatic) is a somatic therapy & sensual dance facilitator. She guides women to come home to their sensual & sexual liberation through a trauma informed approach, focusing on the transformative medicine of attuning to one’s erotic soma energy.

Desi comes from an academic background of studying traditional eastern philosophies, particularly those that work with the power of wrathful dakinis & primordial, tantric goddesses. She spent 5 years as a professional dancer and somatic-based movement instructor.
