Women are turning away from the old ways of domination-as-power.  We don’t want it in our spaces. We want to lead with love.

The world is hungry for feminine leadership

We want to build abundant, ethical businesses through creative expression, feminine truth and erotic embodiment. And the old ways of leading simply do not align with these intentions.

And, what's more, the discerning women in our spaces can sense the energetic distortion within old school leadership – and it turns them off to – otherwise – brilliant work.

The women in our communities, our clients and students, (rightly) don't want to be spoken to like a naughty child in a school classroom, or an employee in an office. Many of us have grown up with these forms of leadership modelled to us as The Only Way.

In these old leadership styles, the leader commands respect through fear and by claiming a position of infallibility. The Old Style Leader uses a power-over dynamic to establish their authority. And we are supposed to surrender our own power and hold the subordinate position.

But there is something new emerging, and it's fascinating. It's a form of leadership which is profoundly relational, it builds trust and is fuelled by truth. It has a healing frequency woven into it and feels like love. I call it feminine leadership and I'd love to offer you a free training all about it.
