Part One Includes...
Part One is so much more than just teaching you how to put the egg in and do exercises with it! It's about re-establishing connection to your lower body. It's about understanding why you were disconnected from your pleasure in the first place. It's about building a container that can hold you in integrity and support you while you learn how to expand your life force energy.
The Jade Root:
Part One
Part One is for those who have never used or are very new to using the egg and Part Two is for those with more experience. As we're working with the internal body, it's important that adequate time is given to understand our own boundaries and energy cultivation before getting into practices that are more advanced. This is what we do in Part One.

Part Two is for those women who already have a jade egg practice. It's ideal for women who want to make their jade egg practice a key part of their life. There are enough practices in the course to last you for years as you slowly build up to doing more advanced exercises with your egg.

In Part Two we go deeper, learning more in-depth practices, more challenging energy work, a longer breast massage ritual and jade egg practices that are performed during moving, standing and dancing.
